Taking on a leadership role brings with it a unique set of pressures and responsibilities. Complex problems and challenges may present themselves daily as you navigate the demands of the job and the needs and personalities of your team. The stress can be intense, and it may feel lonely and isolating too.
Executive Coaching provides a safe and non-judgemental space where you can take a step back and explore areas for personal growth and action. This forward-looking process is designed to help you move from where you are now, to where you want to be.
My approach is strengths-focused and practical; I offer effective coaching tools, reflective questions and proven techniques, which together empower you to capitalise on your inner resources and discover your own solutions. My role is to be your confidential and supportive sounding board, helping you explore and challenge the limiting beliefs you may hold about yourself, and enabling you to make meaningful shifts in both your mindset and your behaviour.
I believe it is vital that you set the agenda for your own Executive Coaching experience, whether that means creating a coaching plan with specific outcomes, goals, and actions, or opting for a more organic approach, where the focus is on the themes and issues as they emerge.
